Our policies


    No refunds will be issued unless the cruise is canceled by the operator. We appreciate your understanding.

    Please note that our hours of operation depend on the cruise schedule for the selected date and are subject to change. We recommend confirming your booking closer to the date for the most accurate timing.

    All activities are weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your photoshoot or offer alternative options. Safety is our top priority.

    Any changes to your booking (such as rescheduling) must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late changes may incur a fee or may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints.

    Please arrive on time for your scheduled photoshoot. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation of the session without refund.

    Edited photos will be delivered digitally within 7-10 business days following your photoshoot. If you require expedited delivery, please inform us in advance—additional charges may apply.

    Please respect the equipment and property used during the shoot. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional fees.
